Senior Program Specialist

Permanent Full-Time

Location: Saskatoon, SK (in-person)

Pay Band: $70 - 90k CAD; benefits included

Reports To: Program Director

Start Date: Immediately

Let’s get this out of the way: we don’t care about your background. We care that you’re curious, organized, and motivated to help Saskatchewan founders win. You’ll spend your days at Co.Labs learning about tech startups, understanding what makes them work, and helping them scale.

About Co.Labs

Co.Labs is Saskatchewan’s tech incubator. We work with founders across the province to help them build, launch, and grow globally competitive technology companies. Since 2017, companies in our programs have generated $110M in revenue and raised over $60M in Venture Capital. Co.Labs also operates Uniting the Prairies, the largest tech conference in Saskatchewan, which brings together 600 people from across North America each year. Co.Labs’ central position in the ecosystem creates an exciting and challenging work environment that accelerates the careers of its people.

Your Role

As the Senior Programs Specialist, you’ll become the main point of contact for founders in our late-stage programs (Co.Link and Co.Lead). You’ll build trusted relationships with founders, learn what’s blocking them, and deploy Co.Labs programs, mentors, and resources to accelerate their growth. You’ll work closely with the Program Director and the rest of the team to deliver a consistent, high-impact founder experience.

You will:

  • Run structured monthly founder check-ins, tracking company KPIs and milestones
  • Maintain and add to our nation-wide network of mentors, experts, and venture investors
  • Manage Co.Labs’ Expert and XIR programs, matching founders to the support and advice they need to overcome the most pressing challenges in their businesses
  • Keep up with program administration, including using our CRM and databases (eg: HubSpot, Affinity, Airtable, and Notion)
  • Support external partner engagement, including communicating and coordinating with funders, speakers, and sponsors
  • Collect and analyze startup performance data and founder feedback to inform program improvements
  • Assist with planning and executing large ecosystem events, such as Uniting the Prairies (on April 29 & 30, 2026)

Must-Haves

  • Able to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly
  • Interested in startups, tech, and entrepreneurship
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and tight turnarounds
  • Can say “no” tactfully and follow through reliably
  • Work in-person in Saskatoon

Nice-to-Haves

  • 2-5 years of work experience
  • Experience working with startups or entrepreneurs
  • Knowledge of CRM and/or project management tools (ideally HubSpot, Affinity, Airtable, Notion, and Google Workspace - but we can teach you those if not)
  • Experience planning and running events

Why Work Here
