Most businesses have AI tools. But the hard part is helping your team understand best practices, practical use cases, and safe and reliable use.
Co.Labs runs practical, expert-led AI Adoption training for Saskatchewan businesses to train their teams on the tools they already have - or new tools that you're ready to introduce.
The workshop is designed for organizations where teams may already use tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini, yet adoption varies, or some are unsure of how AI is useful to them.
It works best when participants share enough context to learn together. For example: one department, related functions such as sales and marketing, or managers working at a similar level.
The workshop combines clear instruction, relevant examples, and hands-on practice. We adapt the emphasis to the group while always delivering…
Plain-language terminology and a realistic view of what today's AI tools can and cannot do.
Guided practice with tools the organization already provides, or a new tool the team is preparing to use.
Examples and exercises that help the group identify tasks where AI can be genuinely useful.
We meet your team where they're at. Workshops can be done in person, hybrid, or virtually (though we'll always prefer in-person). We'll adapt the workshop to whatever AI tools your team has access to (or a tool that you want to introduce to them).
We can deliver workshops to any size of room (or Zoom), but for large rooms, we'll bring in extra facilitators so that your whole team gets hands-on support. Groups also get more from the workshop when everyone works in related areas (eg: sales and marketing) or share a similar level of responsibility (eg: people managers).
Since 2017, Co.Labs has been supporting technology startups and entrepreneurs in Saskatchewan. As a central hub for the tech sector, we work with entrepreneurs, operators, and technical leaders who use emerging tools in real organizations.
The training curriculum draws on our experience working with tech companies and taps into our network of experts. We strive to keep AI Adoption practical, current, and grounded in the realities of the most innovative local businesses.
We will be clear about what AI can help with, where it is unreliable and when a different kind of support is needed.
Answer a few questions about your role, your team's current AI use and what you want to improve. We will suggest a practical next step. No email is required to see the result.
He will ask you what tools your team has access to, how people are using them today, what you would like to improve and who should be involved. If the workshop is not the right fit, he'll say so.

The session works best when participants share useful context. For example, one department, related functions or managers at a similar level.
We can run the workshop at your workplace (as long as it's in Southern Saskatchewan). For teams in Saskatoon with fewer than 12 participants, we can host it at the Co.Labs office.
We can work with the tools your organization already provides or is preparing to introduce. That may include ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini or another approved tool. The exact emphasis is confirmed with the organization before the session.
The workshop is designed to level up the team, so that they can continue learning AI Adoption, and figure out what the best use cases are for themselves and their own work. That said, we do offer follow-up AI Audits, where we identify specific use cases and power users on your team.
The workshop includes practical expectations for sensitive information, human review, and access. We work within the tools and policies the organization has approved. If technical or policy decisions are still open, we help you identify them ahead of time.
Management receives ongoing learning resources for employees and a Continuity Playbook with guidance for supporting continued learning and peer adoption. AI Audits, continued training, and technical referrals can be discussed separately.
No, this is team training. If the organization needs a custom AI system, integration or deeper technical implementation, we can help clarify that need and refer the organization to an appropriate specialist.
Tell us where your team is today and what you would like to improve. We will help you decide whether the workshop is the right next step.
Sessions begin September 2026
