AI Strategy Session

Know where to prioritize AI in your business

A two-hour working session for executives and managers at Saskatchewan businesses, in your workplace or online. We bring the examples. You bring the business. You leave with your use cases and the start of an AI adoption strategy.

What happens in the two hours

01

State of AI

What good use looks like right now, with examples from Saskatchewan businesses we work with.

02

Your use cases

We work through the leadership team's own work, in your tools and with your data, and find where AI helps.

03

Your list

The workflows in the organization that are ripe for AI, and which team to start with.

You leave with

Your use cases, your strategy, your first team

Who's in the room

The owner or executive and the managers who decide how the organization works. No maximum. Your IT manager is welcome but optional; we work with them on tools, access and security either way, so we're teaching your policies.

Before the session

A short call with us. That's the only preparation.

This is hands-on, not a presentation. The use cases are grounded in your business, which is why we do it with you, in the room.

Questions

What if we've only just started using AI?

That's the most common starting point, and the best one. People who use AI a little have the most to gain from seeing what it does with their real work. The session is built for teams at the beginning, not for experts.

What do we prepare?

Nothing beyond the call. We'll ask about your tools, your team and what you want to improve, and we take it from there.

What happens after the session?

You receive the follow-up document with your use cases and the start of your strategy. Many leaders then book team training for the first team on the list. That's a separate session, agreed separately.

How is it priced?

Per session, not per person. We'll quote after the call, once we know who's in the room and what you want the session to cover.

Book a call

Tell us about your business and who would be in the room, and we'll scope the session.
